What this policy covers

• Take the Growth Gap Quiz, and/or
  

• Purchase and book the optional paid Growth Gap Scan (only offered after quiz completion)
  

What we collect

1) Contact info

• Name and email (and business name if you provide it)
  

2) Quiz and service inputs 

• Your quiz answers
  

3) Website and analytics data 

• Pages you visit, clicks, device/browser info, and traffic source data
  

• Business context inputs, often in ranges (example: “10–25 leads/week”)
  

4) If you purchase the paid Scan (only after the quiz) 

• Payment and billing details handled by Stripe
  

• Scheduling details handled by Calendly
  

What we do NOT collect

• Passwords or platform logins
  

• Customer lists or customer exports
  

• Sensitive document uploads
  

Why we collect information

We use your information to: 

• Provide your quiz results and related guidance
  

• Store your results so we can support you if you choose next steps
  

• Deliver the paid Scan if you purchase it
  

• Improve the quiz and website experience
  

• Measure marketing performance (what works, what doesn’t)
  

Email

• We only email you about the quiz, your results, and (if purchased) the Scan.
  

• We send these emails using Gmail for Business.
  

• We do not send unrelated marketing emails unless you opt in.
  

Where your data is stored

We use these services:

• Unbounce (website landing pages)
  

• Jotform (quiz responses)
  

• HubSpot (CRM; Contacts only; main system of record)
  

• Google Analytics 4 + Google Tag Manager (analytics and event tracking)
  

• Stripe (payments, if you purchase the Scan)
  

• Calendly (booking, if you purchase the Scan)
  

Plan document storage:

• Your One-Page Plan is stored in HubSpot on your Contact record.
  

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the services above.

We do not sell your personal information. 

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools for analytics (GA4/GTM). You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Default retention: 24 months after your last activity, then we delete or anonymize it, unless we must keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

We limit access to your data and use standard safeguards. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Cross-border processing

Some of our service providers may process or store data in Canada and/or the United States.

Our services are not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
