Accepting these terms

What we provide

We provide:

• The Growth Gap Quiz (online quiz and results)
  

• General guidance and suggested next steps based on your answers
  

• An optional paid service called the Growth Gap Scan, which is only offered after you complete the quiz and view your results
  

What we are not

We are not providing legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or compliance advice.

Our quiz and materials are for general information and planning support.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information to the best of your ability
  

• Use the site lawfully
  

• Not try to break, scrape, or misuse the quiz or website
  

Paid services (Growth Gap Scan)

If you purchase the Scan:

• Payment is processed by Stripe
  

• Scheduling is handled through Calendly
  

• The Scan is a working session. We deliver a one-page plan within 24 hours after the session, and it includes a human review + send step.
  

Rescheduling and refunds (Option B)

• Rescheduling: You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
  

• Refunds: You can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as you have not scheduled the session yet.
  

Third-party services

We use third-party services to operate the site and deliver services (Unbounce, Jotform, HubSpot, Stripe, Calendly, GA4/GTM). Their terms may also apply.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, graphics, templates, and materials) belongs to MindtheGaps or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, or reuse it without permission.  

No guarantees

We do our best to provide useful guidance. But we do not guarantee results, revenue, rankings, leads, or performance outcomes. Your results depend on your situation and execution.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• MindtheGaps is not liable for indirect losses (like lost profits, lost data, or business interruption).
  

• Our total liability related to paid services is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
  

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Disputes will be handled in Ontario, unless local consumer laws require otherwise.
